Our Advanced Body Checking Clinic is 6 hours of indepth training to teach proper technique on giving and taking a hit, as well as all the important aspects of body contact.

Holistic Hockey is pleased to announce our 3rd BODY CHECKING CLINIC, which will be held in Kitchener!!
 
THIS IS EASILY ONE OF OUR MOST POPULAR PROGRAMS! 
 
Some of the teaching areas covered in this clinic include proper technique on giving a hit, technique on taking a hit, angling, proper head position and other important aspects of body contact. 
 
Body Checking Clinic #3  DATES and TIMES:
 
MARCH 18th     -       8:00pm to 9:00pm at Sportsworld Arena
MARCH 24th    -      4:00pm to 5:00pm at Don McLaren Arena
MARCH 26th     -       4:00pm to 5:00pm at Kitchener Auditorium
MARCH 27th     -       7:00pm to 9:00pm at Sportsworld Arena
MARCH 31st    -      4:00pm to 5:00pm at Sportsworld Arena
