Holistic Hockey is excited to announce that we’ve added a new H2 Elite Hands session during the winter break!
Join us January 2, 2026, at Lions Arena for a high-energy, skill-building hour on the ice.
Our H2 Training focuses on:
Improving edge work
Developing elite stick-handling and shooting skills
Teaching practical, in-game techniques
Maximizing reps for real skill development
We’ve invested in top-quality stickhandling equipment to help players develop quicker hands and improve release points and shooting angles. Combined with our engaging drills and expert instruction, this session is designed to help your player see real, noticeable improvement.

Location: Lions Arena – Kitchener (20 Rittenhouse Rd, Kitchener)
Date: January 2, 2026
Time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Cost: $40 per player
We are limiting the number of participants to ensure ideal training conditions. This program fills up quickly, so we encourage you to register early.

We understand plans can change and unexpected conflicts can arise. Please note, we require a minimum of 48-hours notice to reschedule or provide a credit for your missed session/registration.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund without a medical note. In this situation, the Paypal fee at the time of registration, which is separate from us, will be deducted from the total.
