Skills and Scrimmage
Holistic Hockey will be holding a Skills and Scrimmage skate on April 7th.
The format will be that each player will get 2 hours of ice time.
The first hour will be focussed on skill development with drills that consist of various drills that we use in our H2 sessions, forward clinic and defence clinic plus some drills we use in our private skates.
The second hour will be scrimmage-based and will allow players to utilize the skills that were just used in the first hour. In the scrimmage, the goal is to have players play against their age group to maximize their development and enjoyment of the game.

Jerseys will be on hand and teams will be made before each ice time.
Water and snacks will be provided in the dressing room for players before and after each game.
This will be a great way to prepare for the 2025/26 season and make a great first impression on each player's new team.
