Our focused Body Checking Clinic teaches players how to deliver and receive contact safely, confidently, and effectively.
This is easily one of our most popular programs — and for good reason!Holistic Hockey is thrilled to announce its first Body Checking Clinic of 2026. This clinic will cover essential skills to help players enter contact hockey with confidence and proper technique. Key teaching points include:
How to deliver a hit safely and effectively
How to absorb and take a hit properly
Angling and body positioning
Safe head placement
Other important fundamentals of body contact
Prepare to play smarter, safer, and stronger!
