Holistic Hockey is thrilled to announce our second Body Checking Clinic of 2026. This clinic will cover the essential skills players need to enter contact hockey with confidence and proper technique, including:
How to deliver a hit safely and effectively
How to absorb and take a hit properly
Angling and body positioning
Safe head placement
Other key fundamentals of body contact
Prepare to play smarter, safer, and stronger!
