Holistic Hockey is a leader in player development and hockey consulting, proudly serving the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas. We’re passionate about helping players reach their full potential—and we’re looking for dedicated, high-energy instructors to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Bring energy and enthusiasm to every session!

• Deliver high-quality, on-ice instruction following the program designed by our Head Instructor.

• Engage and motivate players while ensuring safety, fun, and skill development.

• Provide feedback, correct errors, and help players improve their technique and confidence.

• Follow procedures for smooth session flow (e.g. drills, safety).

• Be a positive role model—professional, encouraging, and team-oriented.

• Other duties as assigned by the Head Instructor.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skating, stickhandling, passing, and shooting skills.

• Confident, upbeat, and professional on and off the ice.

• Enjoys working with kids and fostering their love for hockey.

• Excellent communication and teaching abilities.

• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays).

• Committed to helping players grow and perform at their best.

 

Job Details

Positions: Part-time

Start Date: November 2025

Location: Kitchener-Waterloo & Surrounding Area

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
